Suppose you have previously used some other knowledge base platform or system and have written all the content and answers there.

Instead of writing them again in the Answerly dashboard, we offer help manually importing them for you.

To do this, you can send us any format of the answers; you can send us the link of your current knowledge base or any other document which contains all the answers you want to import.
